Contact Shoshanna Haynes Text/CallResponsibilities:Provide swift and professional IT supportUtilize the ticket management system to record, update and resolve tickets from the HelpdeskAsset Management, disposal of hardware, installation, providing tutorial, monitor troubleshooting. Deployment Installer:Responsible for the build / imaging of physical Windows 10 desktop PCs, laptops as well as VDIsResponsible for the physical installation of hardware at user desks (monitors, PC, webcam etc.) as well as the handover of laptops to usersLiaison with other technology teams to ensure any build issues are resolved.Use of migration tool to track and co-ordinate PC buildsAssist with inventory management, ensuring migration ask can continually be metRequires:Experience with general deskside support and physical Desktop PC installationsExperience with supporting Windows 10 and Virtual Desktops (VDI)Experience with Citrix and VMwareExperience with a previous large scale Windows migration project a plusAbility to cope under pressureAbility to work outside of normal business hoursPays great attention to detailComfortable working with all different levels of staff

Deployment Support:Responsible for Windows 10 & VDI support transition and post migration supportProvide technical support during Windows 10 VDI/ physical PC testing phaseProvide post-migration technical supportResolve Windows 10 issues generated via Support ticket management systemLiaison with other technology teams across the firm to ensure all issues are resolved.Use of migration tool to track and co-ordinate user supportRequires: Experience with general deskside supportExcellent experience with supporting Windows 10 and Virtual Desktops (VDI)Experience with a previous large scale Windows migration project a plusAbility to cope under pressurePays great attention to detailExcellent customer facing skills, comfortable working with all different levels of staffGood communication skills
