Job Description

IT Service Management, Problem Manager

We are seeking an ITSM professional to serves as the ITIL Problem Lead for an established financial organization in Tempe, AZ. 

This individual will be responsible for managing the root cause review process with impacted lines of services and will own the processes governing problems and major incidents in the business to minimize disruption of service. 

Working with a team, you will define a problem, determine its root cause and implement a solution, eliminating future customer impacts and the risk of recurrence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or business management and/or demonstrable practical experience.

• 5+ years of experience in the same or similar operations working in a technical environment with 2+ years in a lead position.

• Minimum of ITIL v3 certification

• Experience with ServiceNow (IT Service Management tool)
