Job Description

Title: Recruiting Coordinator / Interview Scheduler (Contract)

Work you’ll do:
• Provide support to the talent acquisition team by coordinating/scheduling candidate interviews
• Manage the logistics of remote phone and video interviews using Zoom and HireVue
• Coordinate on site interviews and associated travel when required
• Work with stakeholders including Recruiters, Candidates, Hiring Managers and Hiring Team members
• Apply excellent communication skills using email, phone, and IM to coordinate schedules and provide a world class interview experience for the candidate and Hiring team
• Provide input and assist with improving current processes and creating best practices.
• Participate in and provide administrative support to various projects that relate to recruitment, including, but not limited to, preparing PowerPoint presentations, creating reports with various analyses (i.e. pivot tables, charts, graphs, etc.), scheduling stakeholder meetings (owning the agenda, note taking)
• Take part in special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for the recruiting function

To be successful in this role, the following skills, experience, and education are required:
• Extremely good communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are the top priority
• At least 1 year of experience in a business environment (internships can count towards experience); comfort with business communications, email conventions, etc. at all levels
• Experience in providing customer/client services
• Bachelor’s degree or related relevant experience
• Technical proficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Self-guided and able to manage competing demands, prioritize workload, and manage multiple responsibilities against strict deadlines
• Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills. Ability to establish rapport with stakeholders in a global and virtual environment
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Desire and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
• Able to learn quickly and problem solve with guidance from team members
• Detail oriented with a complete focus on quality results/deliverables
