Modis is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician for a contract position of at least 3 months. There is a possibility that this position can turn into a permanent position. Qualified candidates will meet the below criteria:
- Provide comprehensive technical support through phone, email, and chat
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and allow them to fully describe problems or requests for service
- Log all support issues into the I.T. service management database and include detailed work notes
- Minimum one years experience in the use of computer systems in a corporate environment
