Title: HR-Finance/Compensation Analyst

Location: Saint Louis, MO

Duration: 18 Months

Job Description:

  • Provide compensation analysis and HR Business Partner support for all Client. Administer and coordinate compensation policies, processes, programs, and communications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Job Evaluation - Review new and updated positions, complete compensation analysis and set-up job codes; provide market data using Market Pay market pricing tool; determine FLSA classification and assure compliance with various federal laws
  • Merit Process - Assist in the management of the annual merit process within SAP: distribute associate communications, review data, verify information with HR Strategists, review files for completeness, enter information
  • Annual Short Term Incentive Plan (PLUS) - Assist in the management of the PLUS process in SAP: distribute associate communications, review data, verify information with HR Strategists, review files for completeness, enter information
  • Market Pay market pricing tool - Complete and submit various salary surveys; complete annual market data review and update
  • The Client Pay & Incentive Site - Maintain data, research issues and update information
  • MaGS Global Grades: Evaluate and maintain MaGS grades for Client associates; review and update annually
  • Annual Pay Sector Analysis: Complete compensation pay sector analysis by department and recommend potential equity increases to HR Business Partners
  • Other Special Projects as assigned
  • Assist with various global compensation projects
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Minimum):

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources or related discipline
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or interest in obtaining - preferred

Experience (Years/Type):

  • 1+ years' experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or Finance-related role required
  • Some exposure with compensation preferred

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High analytical ability
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
