Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of managers and subject matter experts in End User Computing, Cloud and On-Premises infrastructure

Manage customer relationships

Engage solution and pre-sales team for new opportunities

Maintain budgets that align with plans and service level

Act as a trusted advisor for the customers

Skills and Experience:

At least ten plus years of relevant experience in IT operations and infrastructure with minimum of 8 years leading and managing these functions

Strong passion for service delivery and operational excellence

Proven track record of developing and managing IT services and SLA

Ability to coach and mentor team to deliver outstanding results

Critical and structured thinking, business acumen and executive level influence to formulate and obtain broad support for IT strategies, operating model and plans

Collaborative, accountable and result driven.
