Job Description:

Product Manager - Chorus

Chorus is a leading low-code intelligent automation platform for the financial services and insurance industries. Product Managers for Chorus are responsible for both product planning and some product marketing. Because Chorus is such a feature-rich and broad platform, product managers specialize in particular areas and manage the product lifecycle for those areas of expertise. This includes gathering customer needs, defining and prioritizing features for the roadmap, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing, professional services, account management and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Key Responsibilities


  • Meet with a wide range of customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand needs, not just what they're asking for
  • Perform competitive research to understand both areas that we need to mimic competitors and those where we should chart our own path
  • Conduct market research to understand emerging needs, adjacent customer segments, and potential partnerships
  • Define epics with clear and concise depictions of customer needs, goals, and scope
  • Rigorously validate the appetite among customers and potential customers for the need
  • Prioritize epics for development with discipline and a strong analysis of business impact

  • Foster a collaborative, focused team dynamic as you work with designers, developers, and business analysts to deliver high quality features
  • Weigh trade-offs and make the hard choices with decisiveness in order to ship on time with the highest impact

  • Develop compelling messaging for new features to excite customers, prospects and analysts
  • Define pricing and packaging that makes it easy to sell new features
  • Lead sessions for both employees and customers to educate them on the benefits and capabilities of new features

Serve as the expert for your product areas:

  • Answer Level 2 support questions
  • Write RFI/RFP responses
  • Provide in-depth feature demos
  • Field incoming requests for funded enhancements
  • Address customer concerns about quality, performance, or feature gaps



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS product management

  • Experience in financial services or insurance industries
  • Relevant product management experience, including process automation, integration, low-code development, and AI
  • Technical product management experience, including APIs, security and machine learning

This job opportunity is U.S. - Remote. Must be able to work with employees based in Hyderabad and Bangkok
