Client Services Representative
8+ months (Temp to perm)
100% Remote

Senior Customer Service Rep
Will be 100% Remote, doesn't matter where they sit.

- Not dealing with repetitive activities.
- Must answer tickets within 48 hrs
- Intense work environment
- Must have courage and ability to pivot when dealing with angry clients.
- Working with 40-60 tickets a day
- Fast Paced
- Top skills:
- Must have a student like mentality and be coachable.
- Has the ability to quickly pivot if needed.
- Can build rapport at a high rate.
- Must be a resilient individual.
- Must be able to do some digging for the answer if needed.
- Must be able to make the hard decision.
- Financial Services Experience would be nice but not necessary.
- This will not be a call center environment; you will be dealing with client issues through a ticketing system.
