The Network Operations Control Center (NOCC) Change Manager will be responsible for correctly processing change records through an existing Change Management workflow, identifying superfluous or redundant steps within that workflow, proposing Continuous Service Improvements to that workflow, assisting with driving adoption of those improvements, and providing succinct documentation and training to NOCC staff on any adopted improvements.
Interested professionals should be process-focused, adaptable, and a catalyst creatively constructing new processes within compliance parameters.
Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Change Administration within an IT organization. The candidates must also exhibit strong professional skills including communications, self-motivation, adaptability and dependability. ITIL Certification required - any others are a plus.
