Job Description

TeamSoft is looking for an Help Desk Technician who has a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to manage and document inventory systems. You must have strong troubleshooting abilities to fix and document any issues that occur with automated workstation deployment tools. The candidate should have familiarity with Windows 10, Microsoft AutoPilot, Microsoft Intune, and inventory systems. 

Required Experience Includes:
• Knowledge and experience with Windows 10 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Device Management 
• Knowledge of Microsoft AutoPilot Deployment
• Knowledge of Inventory Systems
