What team will you be on?

With a true passion for evangelizing technology and building meaningful relationships, our Sales team delivers bookings and revenue targets while promoting ITTStar's global vision of enabling and elevating enterprise solutions.

What will your role be? 

  • Effectively have strategic planning conversations with business leaders to drive adoption of cloud technology.
  • Confidently command a conversation and professionally represent ITStar in the marketplace.
  • Understand customer requirements and leverage teammates to have relevant technical planning sessions.
  • Hold a deep understanding of selling consultative and/or managed services, and the value propositions that will resonate with technical and line of business work teams.
  • Successfully drive pipeline, revenue and sales goals through effective management of partner engagements and team selling.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and liaison with the Legal team.
  • Listen and solve customer business and technical challenges
  • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for ITTStar to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.

What are we looking for? 

  • Good understanding of IT Services sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent collaborator, with an ability to work with virtual teams 
  • Organized and with an eye for process orientation and improvement 
  • Experience building successful relationships and negotiating with business leaders, especially the C-Suite
  • Skilled at working with technical teams through complex solution sales
