Industrial Organizational Consultant (TS/SCI Clearance)

Work you'll do

As a Consulting Industrial Organizational Psychologist, you will:

  • Design, validate, and evaluate assessments for selection purposes
  • Conduct literature reviews, perform validity transportability studies, and build and validate custom assessments
  • Have an integral role within our fast-paced interdisciplinary team to deliver projects with exceptional creativity and technical knowledge, and a natural desire to keep current on the latest trends in selection assessment.
  • Utilize excellent client facing skills while interacting with clients regularly and will show the ability to learn about client needs, agency strategy, and challenges

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance
  • Master'sdegree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
  • Experience with researching, designing, and evaluating assessments for selection purposes
  • Experience working with federal government agencies
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


Preferred:
  • TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph
  • Experience in areas such as pre-hire assessments, job analysis techniques, competency modeling
  • Project management, self-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience working with a crowdsourcing Internet marketplace to test assessment measures, (e.g., Mechanical Turk)
