Stefanini is Looking for a Recruiter in CA.
Owns and performs all aspects of the talent advisor recruiting process from development of postings through the employment offer. Activities such as: Strategy sessions with hiring managers to identify the key skills/behaviors for each role, post positions, source, interview, screen and present potential candidates to hiring managers; follows up with candidates and hiring managers to keep the process on track; facilitates salary negotiations; and various other recruiting activities.
Acts as a talent advisor to hiring managers in search of hard to fill and high level roles within the organization.
Produces and presents recruitment data analytics (Talent Neuron) for hiring managers on candidate pool, competitors, job titles and overall current recruitment landscape. This validates their recruitment and industry expertise and through presentation of the data will influence managers on the ultimate recruitment strategy.
Advises and consults with business line clients on sourcing strategies, expectations, timelines, deliverables and other components of the recruiting/hiring process.
Consistently provides timely and accurate information on the status of recruiting efforts to the Talent Acquisition Lead, Manager, HRBPs, P+C officers and business line clients.
Manages a high volume of open requisitions at any given time.
Recommends candidates to business line management based on analysis of department's needs and the candidate's skills. Conducts candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience.
Proactively develops and maintains candidate profiles for current and future positions.
Influences industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes.
Researches and attends networking events that might allow access to new candidate pools.
Works with hiring managers to develop long term hiring strategies that support growth.
Contributes to the development of recruiting strategic objectives. Supports special recruiting studies, analyses and projects to help ensure the success of strategic talent acquisition objectives.
Consults with hiring manager and Total Rewards as needed on salary offers and recommendations.
BA preferred and 5+ years of recruitment experience/staffing firm; or combination of working experience and education.
Knowledge of current technology and tools used for recruiting e.g. the internet, search engines, networking sites, job boards and industry associations/niche web sites; data sites and presentation skills.
Ability to assess talent and make recommendations to internal business clients.
Strong understanding of overall business strategies and implications of PC/HR policies, decisions and program implementation.
Demonstrated success hiring entry level through professional level individual contributor and leadership roles.
Possess strong verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Proven, effective interpersonal skills, able to present information, influence decisions and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Experience in leveraging social media tools, such as LinkedIn, as a candidate identification and development tools is preferred.
Works independently, is well organized and has strong prioritization skills.
Strong experience in MS Office Suite, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
