What will you do?This position is for an experienced, Senior ServiceNow Architect to join our ServiceNow Practice supporting multiple global customers. This position requires deep technical experience and skillsets across multiple ServiceNow functions and application, as well as, a successful record of engagement with customers to understand their business strategy and design solutions to meet business requirements. Job ResponsibilitiesProvide portfolio-level, strategic architectural oversight for the design, development, modification, and implementation of mid- and long-term solutions within the ServiceNow platform to solve the most complex business and technical issuesMake high-level design choices and recommend solutions that align architecture to strategic plans.Provides expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform and integration design to meet business requirements.Designs and develops ServiceNow technical solutions, including integrations with external systems.Work directly with customers to understand business requirementsDevelop a scope of work to meet customer business requirementsManage customer relationships.Creating statements of work with specific, granular delivery steps in alignment with scope of work.Responsible for managing scope of work, insuring contractual deliverables and managing change orders for assigned projects.Lead resource on multiple resource project.Provide customers with ServiceNow roadmaps that align with their business strategyProvide technical and architectural guidance, support and training for other team members.Coach and mentorProvide presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow functionality and roadmap.
