Use your Supply Chain skills in an exciting new sector: Become a Microsoft Functional Consultant with Revolent

Want to use your business analysis skills in the Supply Chain sector, or interested in spearheading projects, gathering requirements, and mapping holistic IT solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365? Then, this paid training and placement opportunity with Revolent is for you.

We’re looking for experienced Business Analysts or Supply Chain professionals who want to cross-train as a Microsoft Functional Consultant on a two-year program that includes paid training, certifications, and work placement with some of the best-name brands in the sector.

The opportunity

Over 10 weeks, we’ll provide you with the initial training you’ll need to get you up to speed with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and support you to gain your industry certifications as a Microsoft Functional Consultant. We’ll then place you with our client, to give you that all-important work experience that will help you stand out in the jobs market.

Plus, as part of our commitment to creating incredible talent as a Microsoft training provider, you’ll have a custom learning and development plan and a personal career development coach to help you become the best at what you do.

Once you’re trained and certified, you’ll work as a Revolent Microsoft Supply Chain Functional Consultant with one (or more) of our clients. Your role could include:  

  • Business process mapping
  • Requirements gathering
  • Creating documentation and functional designs
  • Systems analysis
  • Stakeholder management
  • Presenting to key business stakeholders

Who we’re looking for

To apply for this program, you’ll need to have experience as a Business Analyst or expertise in Supply Chain within one of the following areas: Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, or Warehouse Management.

 

Candidates will ideally be able to demonstrate at least some of the following:

  • Experience in a functional role, having developed an understanding of how businesses are set up and operate at different levels
  • Demonstratable experience in Supply Chain and familiarity with processes such as creating product lists, manufacturing orders, inventory purchase orders, warehouse, and production orders, and planning
  • Experience evaluating business processes and recommending improvements
  • Experience building and maintaining positive client-peer relationships
  • Experience using systems such as SAP Supply Chain Software/ Great Plains/ Plant Maintenance Software
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word)

You’ll also need to be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver, and dedicated to learning your new skill set.

To apply for this program, you’ll also need to be:

  • Willing to commit to a minimum of two years’ working with Revolent, post training
  • Living within a commutable distance of large airport hub in the US, in order to accommodate client travel requirements
  • Able to travel as required by the client
  • Available to start training in April 2022
