Position: Partner Marketing Manager
Duration: 6 months, can extend!
Our client is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing and executing revenue-generating programs to drive leads, build our presence in the channel, and drive conversions within established partnerships.
Core responsibilities include developing successful go-to-market strategies for assigned partners and executing on all elements of the demand & enablement mix including digital events and webinars, organic and paid social, email communications, tradeshow sponsorships, product update communications, and partner loyalty and incentive programs.
Day-to-day for this candidate includes developing compelling, strategic marketing plans that are effective and measurable. Taking a ‘less is more’ approach on my team means that doing a few things really well with solid results is more important than doing too many things that only scratch the surface and don’t show success despite lots of work. Digital-first mentality with experience in end-to-end project management. The ability to think beyond what’s simply ‘next’ and feel comfortable producing innovative ideas that we can test.
Produce and socialize quarterly GTM plans with internal & partnership stakeholders
Measure and report on ROI on programs and initiatives
Utilize partner program & internal tools to drive success and scale of initiatives
Gain commitment for joint Demand Generation campaign planning and execution
Work across the organization including marketing, sales, and other teams to effectively execute agreed upon plans
Build scalable campaigns with Marketing Ops team
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a background in marketing; partner / channel experience a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Strong relationship/team building and account management skills
Experience with Digital, multi-touch marketing campaigns
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a team
Five years high-tech industry experience with some experience in reselling channels and working with reselling partners
Software sales and/or marketing experience in SaaS / Cloud Computing business applications; ecommerce experience a plus
