Dogwood is seeking a cleared ACAS/HBSS Administrator, with at least 5 years of experience, for a key permanent need under a new five year contract in San Diego. Minimum of an active Secret clearance is required with Top Secret / SCI eligibility preferred.
Position requires an Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)/Host Based Security System (HBSS) SME. Good candidates will have completed the administrative training, including HBSS Admin 201/301 and ACAS 5.8 or similar. Administrative training is agency-specific and will be provided once hired.
No remote work possibilities expected. Position is assigned to an office on San Diego Ave, 92110.
Required Skills / Experience:
Minimum 5 years' ACAS/HBSS Administrator experience performing security scans using ACAS for physical and virtual servers including IAVA, STIG, and applying patches.
Must have experience with installing, configuring, and testing HBSS software for production and test environments.
DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certified (e.g. CompTIA Security+ CE)
Bachelor s Degree preferred
Minimum Active Secret Clearance with TS/SCI preferred
Selected candidates will install, configure, and perform security scans using ACAS for physical and virtual servers including IAVA, STIG, and applying patches. Will install, configure, and test HBSS software for production and test environments. Will ensure environment and applications are STIG compliant. Will conduct routine maintenance operations on existing hardware and software and apply required patches. Create/maintain SOPs documenting the patching processes, ACAS scanning, etc. Generate and review ACAS scans including STIG related findings, upload results to program dashboard. Provide input to IAO for mitigation POA&Ms and A&A Plans (as necessary). Candidate will have privileged access and must meet minimum Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) IAT Level II certifications (Security+ CE and HBSS/ACAS Admin certifications).
