Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) expert to join our team as a contractor. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets, particularly within Adobe Cloud environments, and be well-versed in Dynamic Media or similar capabilities for asset delivery and optimization. This role will play a key part in helping us expand and integrate our DAM usage across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless asset access via APIs, embed code, or other delivery mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize Adobe DAM (Cloud-based) for scalable asset management.
- Implement and support Dynamic Media (or equivalent technologies) to deliver and transform assets (images, videos, etc.) for various channels.
- Enable asset delivery through APIs or embedded links for integration with marketing tools.
- Collaborate with architecture, marketing, and engineering teams to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset availability, transformation, and delivery.
- Create documentation for asset workflows, metadata models, and API integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), specifically in Assets / DAM.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Hands-on experience with Dynamic Media, Scene7, or similar technologies for image and video transformation.
- Solid understanding of asset metadata modeling and folder structures.
- Experience exposing assets via REST APIs or embed mechanisms.
- Familiarity with integration use cases involving email platforms, and CMS.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
