Role: Agile Coach
Digipulse Technologies, Inc (DTI) is a software solutions company offering focused IT services to fortune 1000 clients. We provide services in enterprise application development, system integration & support services for Insurance, Financial, Hospitality, Telecommunication, Pharmaceutical & Banking sectors.
PROJECT / TEAM DETAILS:
This team handles the assessment of agile teams across all of Fidelity. They use a tool called Agility Health, they are looking for stability and predictability. They are starting to move from agile transformation and move them into predictable and accelerate and increase their team efforts. They could be responsible for 10 to 15 squads they coach. But they really want someone who knows how to prioritize these teams. There are six members on the team.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Deep IT knowledge. Looking for someone who has very strong coaching and a number of years. They need to have strong examples of failure cases; they need to have people who have leaders who have not bought into the transformation and change hearts and minds. The agile framework is not as important as overall experience. They will need Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform). They need observability and supportability experience within cloud implementation. They want the FTE employees focused on ECC and shift the contractors to focus on EI. Someone who has worked with Kanban and Lean in addition to SCRUM and Agile will be needed.
Role : Agile coach
The focus will be on MCE (Marketing Channel Execution) which is the marketing domain that enables the development, orchestration and delivery of 1:1 omni-channel communications across touchpoints.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
1.) Agile Coach with experience in Marketing projects.
2.) Experience with JIRA, Jira Align (aka AgileCraft), Mural, Confluence, and MS Teams.
