- A minimum of three years of strong, hands-on customer-facing professional audio visual, video conferencing/ telepresence -specific installation, technical support / troubleshooting experience. Much of this work will consist of working directly with our end users, our customers. Coordination, scheduling, etc. Require very professional demeanor. Need timely response to customers, solid-follow-up and communication.
- Must be punctual and able to work well with all levels of customers and with vendor partners.
- Strong working knowledge of Cisco CUCM, TMS, CMS and video conferencing endpoints.
- Must be comfortable and productive working independently, with a team, and with remote teams / individuals using collaborative tools.
- Demonstrated ability to remotely manage multiple ongoing installations.
