Highstreet is aggressively pursuing growth of our Managed Services Public Cloud offerings and is looking for an established Account Director who can be responsible for managing the revenue relationship between Highstreet and our Managed Services Customers as well as team up with the sales teams in our professional services organization to sell managed services to every project customer. Responsibilities of the Account Director include ensuring Highstreet customers are successfully using the managed services we provide today and leading account renewals and growth of for Highstreet. The account Director will be the point person for C level executives within the account and will be responsible to identify, pursue, and close opportunities within Highstreet s existing Managed Services accounts as well as cross sell managed services to our consulting customers.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in positioning and selling Managed Services into large and strategic enterprise accounts, and ongoing Service Management. Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and present to a diverse and senior audience, with an enthusiastic and dynamic attitude and proactive approach.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. 5-10 years managed Services experience, preferably with Oracle Products, with a focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience. Highly developed customer relations and negotiation skills are required. Candidate will be able to demonstrate relationships with accounts where they developed up sell revenue as well as cross sell revenue (i.e. selling managed services to project customers). Candidate should have a successful track record of account growth, and the ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Travel is required.
To assist the Account Director in growing accounts, this person will have available a supporting team including delivery staff, solution architects, and management. It is expected that the Account Director will be capable of identifying support that is required, forming appropriate pursuit teams, and independently driving sales opportunities to closure.
Compensation is negotiable, a combination of base compensation and growth-based commission, and commensurate with experience.
