We are seeking an individual who will successfully lead the account management department for our direct client. This department is responsible to provide and sell top-notch IT infrastructure services. In addition you will be required to ensure client satisfaction while retaining current clients and contributing to revenue growth.
This role is a mix of team leadership, interacting with clients, and building rapport throughout the company.
- Leads account managers and ensures client satisfaction
- Track and exceed KPI s
- Increase clients and business revenue
- Hire and train account managers
- Develop rapport with clients, internal personal, and third party organizations
- Analyze client IT requirements utilizing your technical and business background
- 10+ years experience managing people and accounts while providing IT services
- Technical familiarity with infrastructure, server management, network, security, email, VoIP, disaster recovery, desktop support hardware configuration, systems implementation
- BS or BA in computer science, MIS or equivalent field preferred
