We have a wonderful opportunity for a talented Sales professional, someone who is ready to make the jump to the next level in this highly visible position.
Overall sales responsibility at specific accounts identified to be potentially profitable and worthwhile to the company. Achieves sales targets and acquires new projects from potential customers. Coordinates all aspects of new projects and assists customer service representatives with precise and timely information by performing personally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develops and presents sales plan and strategy for assigned customers and territories to achieve sales target.
Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone.
Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.
Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
Effectively handle prototype and mass production tool transaction until it’s completed and ready to pass to customer service.
Establishes healthy working relationships between current and potential customers and company.
Prepares, and reports sales and marketing reports, regarding such as customer, potential new business, and customer claim to Sales and Marketing Manager.
Works with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
Coordinates customer training in products, capabilities, benefits and design guidelines.
Investigates and resolves customer problems, working with customer service representative.
Attends trade shows.
Motivates to learn new products and technologies, market condition, competition, and business situation of customer.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in related industry, or equivalent combination and experience. Strong product knowledge of related industry is required...
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Speaks, reads, and writes foreign languages are helpful.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Current driver license.
40% or more traveling required in domestic and maybe in international to visit customer or factory.
Requires an independent individual that is well-organized, focused, high energy and required little direction to achieve goals and deliver result at the same time the independent individual must be able to work well in a group/team environment.
