APN Consulting, Inc is looking for multiple National Account Managers to manage our client portfolio in different verticals like BFSI, Healthcare, Information Technology, Automation, Retail, and Manufacturing.
- Directly working with our client.
- Directly working with MSP/VMS.
- Managing a strong relationship with each and every client.
- Building strong understanding and insight on assigned accounts.
- Farming existing clients for new opportunities and avenues of collaboration.
- Manage client & candidate relationships.
- Manage relationship with existing and newly placed candidates on client assignments.
- Must have prior Account/Client Management, Sales or Business Development experience.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet the tight deadlines and deliver under pressure.
- Develop and carries out recruiting strategies and processes.
- 5+ Years of staffing experience working with VMS/MSP/End Client POC's.
- Someone who has a tendency to build a relationship over a call with the clients and the candidates.
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing personality.
- Open to Travel to client site
