Account Manager – ServiceNow practice

We are currently hiring an Account Manager for our ServiceNow practice to identify new business opportunities, maintain key relationships with clients and partners and negotiate/close business deals.
- Generate leads, pursue sales leads and prospective clients.
- Deliver presentations, proposals and quotes.
- Stay in front of, and maintain extensive knowledge of, current market conditions.
- Strengthen business relationships with our current clients and partners.
- Obtain client requirements and prepare business development strategies tailored to the targeted customer
- Work collaboratively with our delivery team and management.
- Work closely with the ServiceNow sales team to identify implementation opportunities.
- Leverage social media / marketing events / professional relationships to identify sales opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in selling ServiceNow based ITSM / CSM / support solutions, or selling any IT support services.
- Proven ability to “hunt”/prospect for new sales opportunities as it relates to our business.
- Strong written communication and verbal communication skills, as well as superior active listening skills
- Must be located in the DFW metropolitan area.
- Enthusiasm to learn about new technology and products.
