Location: Portland, OR/North Brunswick Township, NJ

Duration: Full-Time

Job Description:

US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting processing including sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 5+Years of Experience in US IT Recruitment with a strong understanding of the US Staffing Industry.
Responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting processing including sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing.
Create and implement proactive, long term recruiting strategies and pipelines.
Provide consistent communication with both resource managers and candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure an efficient hiring experience.
Candidate must have proven success in establishing and building networks to support immediate and future needs.
Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings and user/technical groups. Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle in US market.
Strong experience in tax terms (W2, C2C & 1099), negotiations, building relationships.
Strong understanding of US Geo. (PST, CST & EST) and market trends.
Candidate must have clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types like H1B, L2 EAD, TN Visa, Those authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are encouraged to apply., GC, OPT and CPT etc.
Expert sourcing skills using job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and LinkedIn and proficient in Boolean Search techniques and hold good knowledge using ATS (Bullhorn), MSP & VMS systems.
Must be able to meet aggressive SLA s, deadlines and recruitment targets; handle multiple high priority requirements workload at any given time.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors and to fill up high volume positions.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior English communication and interpersonal skills and strong technical know-how.
Must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and have experience interacting with all levels of leadership.
