Infostretch is seeking a Agile Coach with minimum of 15+ years of experience. Candidate must have good experience working in development projects along with enterprise systems with many interfaces.
Position is based in Pleasanton, CA location
Ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in software development in large integrated systems
Please note that to start the role it will be remote for 3 - 6 months but once this Covid19 is behind us - it will be an in-house role.

Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.
Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like: Kanban, Crystal, FDD, XP, etc.
Knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum, so that he can explain other methodologies to motivate his team.
Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.
Knowledge of Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time.
Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
Assist and lead teams’ transformation from traditional Waterfall/Iterative methodologies to Agile / Scrum practices
Provide tailored coaching to client delivery team members including product owners, scrum masters, Agile team members, executives, and other employees throughout the organization
Ensure teams live Agile principles, following practices as agreed by the team
Support scrum masters in communications and process activities with diverse teams
Support project goals and product vision, budget, and deadline requirements or negotiate any necessary changes with project sponsor, management, and senior leaders
Champion Agile values and adoption with diverse teams
Manage daily activities, work review, and group morale of project teams
Provide coaching to enhance team knowledge
Develop Agile training materials and workshops for delivery across the organization
Identify, suggest, and collaborate with teams on measurable improvements, including managing program level quality metrics
Determine and maintain all process documentation, project artifacts, and standards in collaboration with different team roles.
Stay informed about new Agile technologies, methodologies, and projects and recommend appropriate measures for integration
Convey information in different ways to groups and answer questions/ promote discussion
Certified Scrum Master or ICAgile Certified Professional or similar preferred
Experience in process improvement / process re-engineering preferred
Experience in classroom training or creation of curricula preferred
Experience with the SAFe Agile methodology preferred
Experience working with Agile project management software (such as JIRA, GitLab and Confluence), Quality Assurance (QA) software preferred
