Location: Plano TX (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Summary:

• As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project using the Agile methodology. You will work with the team to deliver the project on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead Agile projects from inception to delivery
• Work with the product owner to define project scope and prioritize the product backlog
• Create and maintain the project schedule and ensure the team meets the deadlines
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
• Coordinate with the team to ensure that the project is progressing as planned
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure the team follows the Agile methodology and agile principles
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Manage project budgets and ensure that the project is delivered within the allocated budget
• Ensure that the team is productive, motivated, and engaged
• Continuously improve the Agile process and promote Agile best practices within the organization

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
• Experience working in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work on time
• Experience in software development or related fields is a plus
• Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Agile Project Manager (CAPM) is a plus
