We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Apple Support Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC. Duties: Responsible for providing desk side support to end users utilizing Apple hardware or MAC operating systems. Interface with senior government personnel on a daily basis. Responds and resolves end user issues that require advanced knowledge of Apple or iOS systems. Updates status of queued service requests with the IT service management system.
Must have bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience providing desk side support, specializing in Apple hardware and MAC operating systems.
