CDIT seeks an Application Developer.
As a member of the team, you will support the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) suite of tools. The Service Desk Tools team manages the ITSM Suite of Tools which contains the Self-Service portal, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Metrics and Reporting, as well as serving as a ticketing system for Incident Management, Problem Management and other ITIL based services. The team is required to ensure the tool has little to no downtime using load balancing, multiple datacenters, and fault tolerance if necessary.
BMC Remedy workflow. This includes technical configuration, software modifications/upgrades, collaboration with the Data Center on database management team.
