This position will support operation and further enhancements of our Enterprise Portal (EP) systems. The job is primarily for Enterprise Portal administration, code deployment, back up recovery, change management, and support of infrastructure for various business units. The roles daily duties include but are not limited to troubleshooting complicated applications, infrastructure, and several IT problems that interface closely with our portal systems. In the process, this role will continuously document and improve on current operational processes while providing 2nd level operational support.
Provide second level operational support for portal environment.
Work closely with first level support teams to provide quality customer service.
Required Skills, Attributes & Education:
Ability to troubleshoot complicated application, infrastructure, or various IT problems that interface closely with portal system
Ability to identify, develop, standardize, and document operational processes.
Continuously innovate and review improvement on existing processes.
