Application QA Analyst

USA-FL-Greater Ft Laud-Boca Raton Call Center



TransUnion is looking for an exceptional Application QA Analyst to join our fast growing Information Technology Team. We are a dynamic, talented, and passionate team looking for highly talented individuals.


How You’ll Contribute: 

 

·         Develop and execute both manual test cases and automated test scripts for functional, system, and regression testing to support the implementation internally developed software solutions using web-based technologies


·         Work with QA team members to port the existing repetitive test cases and automate them


·         As part of an Agile Team, attend scrums meetings and sprint planning / backlog reviews, communicating project/testing status to internal and external teams in a timely manner


·         Understand and utilize SDLC compliance, checklists and processes


·         Work with Change Control


·         Identify and report software defects and testing metrics


·         Participate in peer test case reviews


·         Participate in on-going, pre- and post-project quality reviews 


·         Working with sensitive/confidential data


·         Working in a Windows environment



 What You’ll Bring: 

 


•                     5+ years of experience working in Windows environment on UX and UAT testing



•                     Experience in High Availability environments and production support


•                     Some knowledge of Troubleshooting, Diagnosing Issues at a high level and Basic Computing Logic

 


  •               Experience with programming languages required. Experirence scripting with Python is preferred.


•                     Working experience with and/or working knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium is preferred


 

•                     Successfully work on multiple tasks simultaneously


•                     Manage priorities and timelines to achieve goals


•                     Function effectively as part of a team


•                     Work well with technical and operational resources at all levels of the organization


•                     Communicate effectively and concisely



•                    Use creativity in addressing challenges
