Applications Software Developer
The Senior Applications Software Developer provides the HQ ACC Division Chief software development support resulting in state-of-the-art solutions for functional requirements by providing the full range of life-cycle development activities in order to implement and maintain Government off-the-shelf (GOTS)/Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software applications. The Senior Applications Systems Analyst utilizes XML feeds, Web service calls, Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE), COBOL, PRO*COBOL, PRO*C,.NET, expert UNIX scripting, Oracle Forms, and Oracle PL/SQL on LINUX and windows platforms.
· Secret security clearance
· 5 - 10 years of professional experience with respect to IT programs
· Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline or equivalent. Additional work experience may be substituted for education.
o Security+ or other IAT Level baseline certification
o Acceptable Computing Environment (CE) Certification or Training - Oracle PL/SQL Scripting, COBOL or PRO*COBOL, or Java/J2EE
