The Application Support role is vital to our Enspire Commerce team, in order to keep technical issues at a minimum and resolve them quickly and accurately.
ELEVATE your career and leverage your strong software application troubleshooting background and data analytical skills to serve as an Application Support to our Enspire Commerce Team. Your solid background of Java development and debugging knowledge, along with an understanding of MongoDB and EDI/Integration experience in previous positions prepares you for this challenge. You will be responsible for successfully troubleshooting and debugging technical issues and identifying modifications needed.
Sitting within our Enspire team, your main responsibilities will include managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across our Enspire platform. This opportunity will also highlight both business skills and technical IT knowledge and demand an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.
