The Application Support Analyst provides Tier two support and administration for our client/provider facing applications including automation (RPA) and ETL processes for onboarding. In addition to these applications, this position also provides technical leadership for our support teams as well as other applications within our application portfolio. Adheres to company mission and values.

Your role:

  • Provide day-to-day support and resolve issues including advanced level system administration of internal and external application platforms and integrations with a focus on client/provider facing and CRM applications
  • Protect product roadmap by practicing extreme ownership of reported issues to avoid further escalation where possible
  • Document known issues and resolutions to share with team including communication of progress and resolved issues throughout the process
  • Provide appropriate diagnosis and/or diagnostic information, including steps to reproduce any issues prior to any escalation
  • Become a subject matter expert on application functionality to provide secondary (Tier 2) customer support and mentorship to frontline support as necessary
  • Work directly with engineers when necessary, as liaison between engineers and customers
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies as needed
  • Participate in third party application integrations with internal platforms
  • Maintain data integrity, maintenance and analysis of systems, as well as develop and deploy custom reports
  • Assist delivery team in implementing new features or function currently not being used
  • Utilize the core business processes capabilities inherent within the credentialing system to provide the basis for gathering business requirements, performing gap analysis, researching, and evaluating alternative solutions, documentation, and optimization of business processes
  • Help manage and own other applications in the CHG application portfolio as available


Your qualifications:

  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience acting as a mentor to other technical personnel
  • Analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Quick learner and able to teach technical based skills to non-technical learners
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Education and Experience

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in IT support or engineering role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Application Development, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Qualified professional experience may be substituted for some candidates
Preferred

  • Experience with relational databases including querying
  • Experience with ETL process and tools
  • Experience or aptitude to learn automation including scripting and RPA
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience building and maintaining ETL tools, scripts, automation
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Experience with AWS, Salesforce(Apex & Lightning), Bullhorn, Web Apps, and/or JIRA
  • Experience with SDLC and object-oriented programming
