In this Architect role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, performing options analysis, ensuring quality/alignment of Designs, and you will demonstrate and apply knowledge of enterprise architecture and standards. You will also be responsible for the development, communication and implementation of the organization's technology architecture and the components required to support it and the integration of corporate and technical architectures and applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
Be involved in solving moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analysis
Provide explanation and information to others on difficult issues
Coach, provide feedback and guide others
Maintain knowledge of current domains and strategic roadmaps
Identify/quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems
Incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs
Support applicable modeling efforts (e.g., data modeling, process modeling, hardware modeling, performance modeling)
Provide oversight of conceptual designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture governance (e.g., principles, policies, standards, future-state reference architectures)
Maintain awareness of current technology assets, and the applicability and capability of each
Responsible for maintaining awareness of current business and industry issues/trends and incorporate into enterprise architecture designs as appropriate
Propose Innovative Solutions for the existing problems of Products
Come up with long term architecture roadmap for the existing products
Constantly look at security aspects and propose architectural solution for security vulnerabilities
Propose and implement best in class architectural solution for big and complex systems hosted on cloud infrastructure
Define and create system architecture design document and discuss different pros and cons of any particular approach with Architecture council
Develop detailed design specifications, data mapping and data transformation rules as per Product need
Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices
Communicate with internal and external business partners
Should be able to handle Onshore/Offshore model
Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups
Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
Develops pioneering approaches to emerging technology and industry trends
Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision
Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation
Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
Provide technology leadership to the team
Mentor and guide them whenever required
Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
Participation in monthly PMR
Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/ MS Graduate (Minimum 16 years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
5+ years of Information Technology Architecture Analysis experience
5+ years of development experience including full life cycle activities
5+ years of experience building multi-tier applications using (applicable skill set such as Java, .NET, etc.)
Extensive experience of working as Architect/Sr.Architect for a Product Company
Deep Knowledge/Experience on Java, J2EE related technologies like JSF, Spring, Web services, JavaScript, Hibernate, etc.
Deep Knowledge/Experience on Hadoop technology like MapR, AWS, Azure
Experience with Agile methodology
Solid understanding of industry patterns for application architecture and integration
Ability to come up with best in class technical solution for complex business problems, providing solutions for scaling service and for or handling huge data
Expertise in driving the apps to be cloud ready
Proven expertise on profiler, security tools, design tools and methodologies, cloud etc
Strong database skill with good SQL knowledge
Must have hands on experience in coding and solving complex issues
Strong problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Good at multitasking and organizational skills
Good attitude and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
Health care industry experience
Knowledge of US Healthcare domain
