Job Description

Artiva Healthcare Business Analyst

Atlanta, GA 30329 (Brookhaven)

Direct Hire

$70-75K + excellent benefits

Our client, a large healthcare organization based in the Atlanta area, recently completed an Artiva Healthcare implementation. Artiva is their work queue tickler system for insurance and patient portion collections, as well as denials and ties into BOT technology for claim status, and triggers patient statements (sent by a partner vendor). etc.

We are in need of a Business Analyst II that would assist in onboarding additional hospitals into Artiva Healthcare, as well as migrating to Cerner’s Rev Cycle product in the future from Healthquest.

The ideal candidate would have system maintenance experience with both Artiva Healthcare and Cerner Rev Cycle. This would include someone that knows how to build the Artiva pools, tweak the workflows and add action/result codes rather than a user that logs in and works the patient accounts that appear in their work queue. Experience in creating reports in DeepSee / Artiva Analytics is a plus. How we use Artiva Healthcare – to know when to call insurance companies to follow up on claims, look up account information when patients call Customer Service, to see what patient statements have been triggered, and to file appeals with insurance companies when they underpay us.   This is on the Acute / Hospital side, which is the aspect of the HQ and Cerner experience we are in need of.

In Cerner Rev Cycle, we are seeking a candidate that knows how to do the equivalent in Healthquest of updating tables, profiles and master files and troubleshooting problems vs simply reviewing accounts on the application screen. Must be able to work well in teams and also independently, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills are critical. Candidate needs to clearly summarize pro’s vs. cons of system options to upper management, while also aiding front-line staff in their understanding of why a system performs the way it does.

  • Coordinates planning and implementation of systems related projects.
  • Assists in the development of technology plans and strategies which support of departmental objectives and the overall organizational mission and objectives.
