Job Description

Role: Assistant Customer Technical Representative

Location: Navy Yard in Washington, DC

Job type: Full time

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide technical assistance for computer-related hardware, software, (e.g. printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, operating systems, and software maintenance/upgrades) and intranet matters.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or
  • Support users with onboarding and off boarding activities

 

Education/Experience:

 

  • Three (3)+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; or
  • 4 years of additional relevant work experience with an Associate’s Degree; or
  • 6 years of additional relevant work experience
  • Must maintain IAT Level I certification per DoD 1M - A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, or SSCP
  • 3+ years of work experience providing technical assistance and customer service for hardware and software
  • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, coordination, and data mining skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
