Job Description

Job Profile Summary:

This job analyzes and compares basic client and group data, as well as provides general production support, meeting defined service level agreements.  Assists in collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand low complex business requirements and processes related client, product, and benefits configuration solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements
  • Create detailed Acceptance Criteria Document
  • Validate requirements
  • Write test cases, conduct and execute testing (positive & negative test cases)
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of Business Analyst or related experience.
  • Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with coding/billing systems
  • 4 year degree is required
