Expectation will be to own assigned task, the complete Implementation will be owned by more experienced senior members in teamExperience using Linear & Logistic Regression, Time Series analysis, Decision Trees, Random Forest etcExcellent communication and decision making skills are essential.Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsDevelop and maintain working relationships with key customer stakeholdersManage client and program engagements using governance modelsWork closely with leadership in devising strategy for pioneering and implementing advanced analytics methods to identify and solve business problems in healthcareWork closely on project from analytical design to implementationWork with the business teams to operationalize the analytics solution for problems in areas of Operational Analytics, Customer Engagement and Experience, Industrial Engineering and Advanced Forecasting techniques.Engage in client communications for all important functions including data understanding/exploration, strategizing solutions etc.Leverage UHG's big data analytics infrastructure comprising Hadoop, R, SQL, HIVE, Sqoop to solve complex business problems in Healthcare DomainAcquire understanding of US Healthcare domain *** ENGLISH PROFICIENT ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION *** You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
