Work with Avaya Project Managers delivering Avaya Professional Services projects to customers
Implementations, Integrations, upgrades, migrations of Avaya solutions
Avaya Session Manager, System Manager, Communication Manager, Session Border Controller
Execution and support of test plans
Identify system faults and drive their resolution by working with Avaya Support teams
Ability to work in a virtual team with limited guidance
Build knowledge across the Avaya teams through collaboration and knowledge sharing Preferred skills and Experience
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proven experience working with Avaya solutions
Session Manager, System Manager, Communication Manager, Session Border Controller
Avaya Messaging, Equinox, Breeze, etc.
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with Server platforms and cloud solutions (Linux, Microsoft, AVP, VMWare, vCenter, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
SIP Session Management, SIP Trunks, SIP protocols Certificates, HTTP/S, UDP, TCP, TLS, SSL, etc.
Self-directed with occasional direction by a more experienced/senior resources
