Azure Blazor .Net Development Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a hands-on Azure Blazor .Net Development Lead in Spring, TX. This role is ideal for someone with strong development skills and architectural insight, particularly in migrating lightweight desktop applications to the cloud using the Blazor framework. The role starts with a design-heavy focus and transitions into full development once the design is finalized.

Key Responsibilities:
* Architect and implement cloud-based solutions that support online/offline functionality with minimal code changes
* Design and develop scalable API servers and cloud resources
* Optimize cloud architecture and resource usage
* Contribute to the ongoing Blazor prototype project and support client requirements
* Conduct code reviews and provided mentorship to junior developers
* Create comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with Blazor framework and cloud application development
* Prior experience leading and mentoring junior members
* Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture and resource optimization
* Proficiency in C# and Azure cloud development
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to integrate legacy codebases (e.g., FORTRAN) into modern cloud environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
