Job Description: Lead and coordinate the onboarding of enterprise data sources into the Azure platform. Create user stories, manage a backlog, and set priority for BIA projects.Plan and communicate with customers to understand their solution requirements and prioritize appropriately. Help users troubleshoot, learn about technology functionality and self-service opportunities, and utilize BI and data movement tools effectively. Work within a DevOps environment to support data ingestion into Azure and facilitate data access by business users.Coordinate projects across various IT groups and teams. Influence associates across the organization to deliver.Serve as a liaison between Ferguson business units and the IT Department. Work effectively with architects, developers, testers, and business users.Recognize patterns for developing new enterprise repositories and work closely with Enterprise and Domain Architects.

Utilizes references or norms and/or standard procedures to elevate these problems (e.g., operating manuals, industry standard best practices, ability to discuss in teams and with peers, or escalate issues to management).
JOB DUTIES:Perform analysis, create documentation, and gather functional and non-functional business requirements for Ferguson Business Intelligence and Analytics (BIA).
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
PRIOR EXPERIENCE:A bachelor's degree in Business or Business Administration, Management, Information Science, technology, or equivalent experience is required.Ferguson business and software domain knowledge preferred but not requiredAble to work in an ambiguous environment with complex undocumented business logic and data flowAt least 2-4 years of experience in a technical or functional data analysis (or equivalent) role.Some experience with application integration, with a general understanding of on-premise vs. cloud based application deployments.Azure DevOps experience a plus.
