• Experience in big data technologies including Hadoop, Map Reduce, etc.
• Experience in both on premises and cloud architectures to support data and workflow requirements
• Experience in implementing data/ big data needs for digital platforms enabling omni-channel consistency to customers and internal resources
• Experience in traditional big data solutions such as Teradata and Exadata
• Deep experience in new big data technologies such as Spark and HBase
• Experience in AI based models and machine learning models
• Experience in strategies involving data modelling, data security, and data organization
• Experience in case / complaint management a plus
