Our Client seeks to hire up to Three Customer Service / Account Service Representatives.
Their role is to take customer calls and respond to any inquiry that relates to their financial account. This will be details on a loan or a lease. Status of the account, balance, interest rate, interest amount, payout amounts etc.; changes in ownership, release of liens etc., divestiture of an asset and so on. The successful candidate will be one that resolves the customer’s problem while they have them on the phone, without rerouting calls, or waiting for someone else to do the necessary research.
