We have multiple openings for Business Analysts across the US with major Fortune 500 Companies. These are primarily long term Consulting Engagements.
Business Analyst (BA) :
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
- Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
- Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies
-Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the customer
-Serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures associated with enterprise applications
-Collaborate and solve problems together with development teams, and be eager to share your expertise.
-Work with the Product Owner to support short and long-term release planning and to keep work backlog health and prepared for execution.
-As applicable, ensure upkeep of technical documentation such as process and data flows, data dictionary, technical documentation, training materials and other relevant documents
-Conducts analysis of business and users- needs and revises existing systems as needed
-Recommends and documents procedural changes
-Challenges others- thinking to create effective and efficient work processes
-Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content
-Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
-Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing by writing test scripts, executing test cases and documenting defects
To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting.
-3+ years of experience in any of the following areas: Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Project Management, and/or Business Process Improvement
-Proficiency with MS SQL
-Strong expertise in writing User stories with technical details, flows, data input
-Ability to facilitate meetings
-Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
-Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail
-Enjoy solving problems and are able to resolve conflicts through strong mediation skills.
-Experience with software applications Systems Development Life-Cycle (SDLC), agile methodology, database management systems, and other business-related technologies.
