In this role, you will be acting as a business partner for Oracle eBusiness Suite and IntelliMatch related changes and provide technical solutions to meet our organizational needs. You will be translating high-level and complex business requirements into functional specifications for specific applications. Managing the project end-to-end and educating the IT organization on the direction of the business will give you the opportunity to gather information on work processes and information flows, evaluate current-state processes, and identify areas for improvement within the business support and implementation processes.
For this role, we require you to have experience in contributing to multiple projects simultaneously and be used to gathering and writing up business requirements documents with a strong understanding of the technical aspects. You are comfortable with tracking metrics and KPIs and have a passion for the continuous improvement of a customer's journey. We expect you to be proficient in data analysis (Excel, SQL) and flowchart software (LucidChart or Visio). Prior experience with Oracle EBS, IntelliMatch or knowledge in accounting or project management will make you stand out.

Annual base salary gross: 19,750 - 34,985 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
