Business Analyst 3 As-Is To-Be
BA should have experience in 1 or more of the following:
Identifying and documenting business processes within middle and back office on Business related to operations workflows and procedures (documents handling + use of IT systems)
Conducting gap analysis, identifying and documenting as is and to be states, define deliverables as well as resource needed, roadmap, etc.
Working on transversal Business projects / Change management projects (non IT related) that involve multiple Lines of Business and/or Support Functions, crafting communications and/or training documents, and/or training tracking activities
Working on Programs that necessitate changes to contracts or products (e.g: new product definition, contractual review to identify eventually missing language, etc.)
Assessing and documenting how different actions will have an impact on P&L and Financials
