Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Drive requirement gathering workshops and gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful business requirement documents (BRD).
Work closely with different stakeholders (Business Users, IT, Partners and other stakeholders) to align on requirements.
Evaluate business processes uncovering areas for improvement, and driving process improvement requirements with different stakeholders
Work with stakeholders and propose/evaluate solutions for business issues and identify solutions that meet the business requirements
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and end users.
Manage competing resources and priorities.
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
Updating, implementing and maintaining required documentation.
Conduct UAT sessions and make sure the system/process enhancements meet users/stakeholder requirements.
Ensuring solutions delivered by IT meet ACE business needs and requirements.
A bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Manager or a related field.
Experience in Partners or Channels space in SaaS environment is highly desirable.
Adept in Business and Technical domains is highly desirable.
Excellent documentation skills.
