Candidate should have in-depth experience in Cisco Contact Center and Avaya Contact Center Transformation Program. Client is moving from Cisco to Avaya platform. They are looking for a very strong communicator with excellent technical skills in Avaya and Cisco platforms. They should be able to do gap analysis on the current system and future systems. Work closely with business and gather requirements. They should have had experience in the functionalities and modules of Avaya and Cisco Contact Centers.
Candidate will focus on aspect eWFM to handle upgrade for Voice Services
6 - 8 yrs experience as Business Systems Analyst with Telecom domain experience
Must have experience Aspect and strong knowledge of eWFM implementations
Must have strong experience as team member participating Agile methodology
